The project aims to recruit community ambassadors who are willing to experience caring for the senior in the residential care homes, contributing their time and love to build relationship and trust with the seniors, lighting up the senior’s life with love. At the same time, this service is to enable the young to deeply appreciate the value and significance of their care contribution to the senior’s life in their later years, to establish a caring culture and a spirit of caring for the senior.

All participants are required to attend training courses on basic care skills before service. The scopes of service include daily care, social communication and visiting activities or assigning suitable service work according to participants’ age and residential area.
